Article 1 Definition:
The terms defined by the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine (hereinafter referred to as the Society) are as follows, except for those specified in the text of Article 2 and below of this Regulation.
Article 2 About the consulting and product buying and selling of the Society (hereinafter referred to as "consulting"):
Those who have reached the age of 18. However, if you are under the age of 20, you will need a parental consent form.
2 Those who are admitted to the membership specified by the Society and those who are exceptionally admitted by the Society.
Article 3 Regarding the conclusion of the contract:
The applicant for the consultant shall apply after clearly stating the desired consultant and the necessary items specified separately in the contract etc. by the Society.
2 When the applicant pays the application fee specified by the Society and the Society confirms the payment, the contract between the applicant and the Society will be concluded. The application fee is not limited to cash transfer, but will be applied to the application fee in order from the earliest payment made by either cash transfer or credit card payment.
3 When the contract is concluded and the applicant completes the payment of the consulting fee, the applicant shall undergo the consulting procedure.
4 After the contract is concluded, the contract cannot be canceled. The consulting fee is non-refundable. However, this does not apply if the payment of the application fee specified by the Society has not been processed within 7 days after the date when the Society can confirm the payment.
5 Applicants may not transfer or lend class qualifications to a third party without the consent of the Society.
Article 4 Refund of consulting fees, etc.
We will refund the full amount of the consultation fee for cancellations within 3 weeks.
Article 5 Consulting:
If you cancel without following the procedure for canceling the applicant after the contract, it is considered that you have accepted the consultation.
Article 6 Practical skills:
In the practical skills performed in the class, students or instructors may give necessary training demonstrations to the students.
2 In the practical skill set forth in the preceding paragraph, if the student involved in the practical skill suffers an injury or other physical condition, the Company shall be liable for the liability contracted by the Company only if it is proved that the damage was caused by the class. We will cover you within the scope of your insurance.
3 Work experience can be recognized and practical skills can be omitted.
Article 7 About course class deadline:
Students must complete the lessons based on the lesson curriculum set by the World School of Natural Medicine Japan within the class deadline set by the World School of Natural Medicine Japan for each course. For qualification, you must submit a completion report within the class deadline set by the International Career Support Association, a non-profit organization.
2 Students will be able to take lessons in the curriculum that they could not take, only if they could not complete the prescribed curriculum within the lesson deadline due to unavoidable reasons. In this case, the World Natural Medicine Graduate University Japan School will set a new class deadline according to the curriculum content and the number of curriculums that have not been taught, and the students will finish within the class deadline. However, this does not apply if the World Institute of Natural Medicine Japan School approves the leave of absence and extends the class deadline in accordance with Article 9 of this Regulation.
Article 8 Reclassification of the lesson curriculum:
Students may re-class the lesson curriculum according to the provisions separately set by the University of World Natural Medicine, Japan.
2 Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, regarding re-classes of the lesson curriculum, re-classes can only be taken after completing the prescribed curriculum.
Article 9 About leave of absence:
If there is an unavoidable reason such as long-term hospitalization, long-term business trip, long-term study abroad, etc. We will allow you to take a leave of absence for a period that we deem appropriate. In this case, the class period of each course will be extended.
2 If the leave of absence exceeds the maximum deadline set forth in paragraph 1, the Japanese School of the Graduate School of Natural Medicine of the World will accept it at the request of the student.
3 When taking a leave of absence, students are required to follow the procedures of the Graduate School of Natural Medicine, Japan, and may be required to submit a document to prove the unavoidable circumstances. In addition, the same procedure is required when returning to school.
4 Even during the leave of absence, if the student's debt to the Company regarding payment of tuition fees, etc. remains, this shall be continued.
Article 10 Withdrawal:
If a student abandons the lesson without completing the course and re-enters the World School of Natural Medicine Japan after the course deadline, he / she will be obliged to apply to the school.
Article 11 Withdrawal and expulsion:
If any of the following apply to a student, the Company may terminate the contract with the student and drop out or drop out without notice. In this case, the tuition fees for unclassified classes will not be refunded from our group. In some cases, our group may also claim damages from students.
(A) If there is any act that causes significant damage, defamation or credibility, or slander to our group, the World Graduate School of Natural Medicine Japan, the Japan Society of Natural Medicine or other students.
(B) When there are repeated obstructions to classes, acts that significantly disturb the morals of the World Graduate School of Natural Medicine Japan School or the Japan Society of Natural Medicine, or behavior.
(C) In addition, if there is an act that violates the regulations of the World Natural Medicine Society or the Japan Natural Medicine Society, or an act that violates public order and morals.
Article 12 Course changes:
The course cannot be changed after the contract is concluded.
2 Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, students can change to a course by applying to the World School of Natural Medicine Japan School only within the class deadline of the pre-change course, but in this case, we will change to the post-change course. The difference in tuition fees for the previous course will not be refunded. In this case, the course qualifications for the pre-change course will be forfeited when the procedure for changing the course at the Graduate School of Natural Medicine, Japan is completed.
There is no fee for changing 3 courses or additional classes.
4 The course lesson deadline for the changed course will be the course lesson deadline for the changed course, but the beginning of the deadline will be the start date of the pre-changed course.
5 If a graduate of our group takes an additional lesson in another course, the tuition fee will be paid, but no other fees will be incurred.
Article 13 Completion of course class:
By completing the course, it is assumed that the student has completed all the required curriculums of the selected course. However, even if some of the required curriculums have not been taken, this does not apply if the World Institute of Natural Medicine Japan School judges that it is okay to complete the course based on the knowledge and skills of the student.
2 When all graduation requirements are met, a graduation certificate and qualification certificate will be issued by the Japanese School of the Graduate School of Natural Medicine, World. Graduation requirements are set by the Japan School of the Graduate School of Natural Medicine according to the course, and in addition to completing all the required curriculums and passing the completion report, internship training may be required depending on the course.
Article 14 Regarding change of contact information:
If there is a change in name, address, home phone number, mobile phone number, email address, etc., the student will immediately notify the changes at the World Graduate School of Natural Medicine Japan School and the Japan Society of Natural Medicine.
Article 15 Changes to the curriculum and course deadlines after the contract is concluded:
The lesson curriculum and course deadlines shall be determined by the World School of Natural Medicine Japan at its discretion and may be changed as necessary, regardless of whether the contract is concluded or not. However, unless there is an unavoidable reason or the change is minor, the lesson curriculum or course lesson deadline for the contract established before the change due to the change in the lesson curriculum or course lesson deadline of the course. Will not be affected.
Article 16 Regarding price revision of course tuition:
The prices of tuition fees for each course are determined at the discretion of the World Graduate School of Natural Medicine Japan and our group and can be revised at any time. However, the revision of the tuition fee, etc. of a certain course will not affect the tuition fee, etc. of the contract established before the revision. In addition, even if the tuition fee for a certain course is reduced due to the revision, the student will refund the difference from the revised tuition fee, etc. to the World School of Natural Medicine Japan School, our group, and the Japan Society of Natural Medicine. No compensation can be sought.
Article 17 Changes in the University of the Graduate School of Natural Medicine, Japan:
Our group may close the currently open World Graduate School of Natural Medicine Japan for business reasons. In this case, the Company shall be able to change the contract with another University of Natural Medicine for the student who has signed a contract with the Japan School of the Graduate School of Natural Medicine for the closure, and the Group shall be able to change the contract to another University of Natural Medicine. The change will take effect by notifying you after hearing your request.
Article 18 Intellectual property:
Inventions, ideas, designs, know-how and works related to texts, charts, photographs, images, data, etc. contained in texts and other documents used by the World Institute of Natural Medicine Japan in class or circulated and distributed to students. Items are the intellectual property of the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Intellectual Property of the Company"), and all rights to apply for, register, and use these intellectual property belong to the Company. will do. Students can copy and publish the intellectual property of our group, publish it on the Internet, etc., or use it as a textbook for their own school, etc. Or any other act that infringes on our rights regarding our intellectual property is not permitted.
Article 19 Non-warranty, disclaimer:
The World Graduate School of Natural Medicine Japan, our group, and the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine will make every possible effort to ensure that students complete the prescribed curriculum and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills. In this regard, we do not guarantee or take any responsibility even if they are not realized as a result.
(A) By completing the prescribed course, the student can open an independent business or get a desired job.
(B) Students can acquire the desired qualifications by completing the prescribed course.
2 Students shall manage their property at their own risk during and before and after class, and for any loss or theft of student property during class, the World School of Natural Medicine Japan School and Our group does not take any responsibility.
3 The World Institute of Natural Medicine Japan and our group will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, thefts, injuries, or other accidents during the course or while traveling.
Article 20 Shared use of personal information:
Our group provides information on names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, genders, and all other information provided to our group, the Japanese school of the World Natural Medicine University, and the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine. , Information may be shared for the following purposes.
(A) To make it easier for students and graduates to use multiple services provided by our group and related organizations and companies of our group.
(B) To provide information on information, products, various services, etc. that may be useful to students and graduates.
2 The scope of shared personal information of students and graduates of the University of World Natural Medicine, Japan is as follows.

Article 21 About admission to the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine:
Students at the Graduate School of Natural Medicine, Japan, are voluntarily enrolled in the Japanese Society of Natural Medicine.
2 All matters related to the Japan Society of Natural Medicine, such as the membership rules, shall be based on the membership rules established by the Japan Society of Natural Medicine.
3 If a student of the World Graduate School of Natural Medicine Japan enrolls in the World School of Natural Medicine Japan at the same time as a new member of the Japan Society of Natural Medicine, the student will be required to pay the membership fee of the Japan Society of Natural Medicine.
Article 22 This provision may be revised at the discretion of the World Graduate School of Natural Medicine Japan School, our group, or the Japan Society of Natural Medicine. The revised content will be announced on the World School of Natural Medicine Japan School Page, and all students will be deemed to have received the notice.
